About Me

How I work with you

Care, Collaborate & Problem Solve.

My story

Starting in 1996, after eleven years with the Priory Group — delivering inpatient care and leading therapy groups — I moved into outpatient 1:1 therapy in 2003.

Since then, I've worked with adults in outpatient settings across Harley Street, Canary Wharf, Bishopsgate, and North London, building close working relationships with GPs, Psychiatrists, and Occupational Health clinicians, and contributing to NHS research trials.

Today I work as an independent practitioner offering tailored individual therapy and evidence-based assessment to a wide range of clients — including those referred through corporate and occupational health routes.

Academic & Accreditation: I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in REBT, and a Certificate in Family and Couple Therapy. I am BABCP Accredited since 2006 & am a EMDR Therapist.

For more information - my CV can be found below.

My approach is underpinned by extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

I form a collaborative alliance with you. We can work in a brief focused way on a specific issue, or "go deep" to identify lifelong patterns affecting your home, work, or social life.
